I first met Amelia’s mom + dad when I photographed her parents wedding… it was actually one of my first weddings ever!
I was lucky enough to photograph her big brother Aiden and I was honoured when I was asked to photograph Amelia’s newborn session.

She was a perfect little girl the entire session… we dressed her, undressed her, moved her, snuggled her, and she didn’t care:)

I’ve been getting a lot of comments lately, that I have nice skin… way to make a girl blush!
I thought I might switch it up here on the blog and share some of my favourite products!

First of all… I am addicted to Sephora! I love that you can try before you buy! You have 30 days too, and if it doesn’t work for you, return it!
I drink A LOT of water! I very seldom drink alcohol or pop and I really think drinking water helps the skin!

I recently switched to this eye make up remover. On wedding days I tend to wear the waterproof version of my mascara and this takes it off easily!

If i’m feeling lazy or don’t want to do a full wash I use these organic face wipes! They smell good and they make your skin feel amazing!

I love the feel of face scrubs… they really make your skin feel clean. This one I started using recently and I love it! It’s got a perfect amount of “scrub” and it leaves your face very luminous! It’s also quite a good deal for how much you get and it’s free of a lot of bad stuff… I “think” it’s fairly natural/organic

My Clairsonic was my best purchase! I don’t use it everyday, but every other day and I love how it “deep” cleans my skin! It’s waterproof too!

I’ve been using Korres skin moisturizers for a couple years and I recently felt I needed something different! This is what I switched to and I LOVE it!

It’s scent free and it’s all natural. I also love the consistency and it makes my skin feel marvellous!

I also LOVE the Smashbox BB Cream. I don’t like wearing foundation and I like for my skin to look like skin. This gives the perfect amount of coverage and it’s thin. It’s also SPF 35

I LOVE the Urban Decay concealer. I use NSA. I’ve recently tried some others and I found them to smear and cake under pressure. This one stays put and is magical!

I don’t really like blush. This bronzer does double duty and I have used it for years.

I use a different eyeshadow, depending on what I’m doing/where I’m going… here are my favourites!

I would say this Stila one is the one I wear the most. I also just switched to the Smashbox cream eyeshadow and it’s my second fave.

If you want a creamy, easy to apply eyeliner, this is it! I use the brown, purple and black one!

Yes… this eyelash curler lives up to the hype! BEST EVER!!!

I like a non flaky/messy mascara. This one works wonderfully. I’m really wanting to try the tarte waterproof one too, but it’s always sold out. I have this in regular and waterproof.

I just switched from the mac setting spray to this one. I found the mac one really wasn’t doing what it was supposed to!

I love a light pink, lip gloss…. non sticky! The cover fx one is minty and yummy!

I love the prrr from mac too!

I like to use as many natural/organic products as I can. For my hair I use moroccan oil products. I use their shampoo, conditioner, oil, and curling creme.
I LOVE THE SMELL OF THIS STUFF!

EDMONTON ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER – JAMIE + CLARA

Clara had a wonderful idea for a fun engagement session… she suggested and pictured a berry farm
so we found a local raspberry farm for the perfect setting!

This was actually their 3rd engagement session… they had so many ideas so we had to make sure we captured them all!

This raspberry farm was the PERFECT spot minus the infestation of mosquitoes and the plus 33 heat.
We got some fun photos and I couldn’t be more happy with they turned out!

I was BEYOND excited to meet these two. They booked me via email… I’m truly honoured they trusted me and seen something in my work!

Marly + Brad are sweet, sincere, a little bit sexy + totally real and so much in love with one another!
Marly had a lot of great ideas for photos and I’m so excited to photograph their wedding this summer!

This engagement session was nearly a year ago but I really couldn’t go without sharing it!

I’ve said it before and I will say it again… Frankie + Kristen are 2 of the nicest, and kindest human beings I’ve met!
They deserve the best of everything and I know they will live a long and loving life together!
